Mr. Tembo brings to the financial circles a different approach to financial clientele regardless of the customer background and status.Having worked for Barclays Bank in various positions before separating, he brings in not only modern financial management but also a customer driven "Customer Centric" approach to the customers.

Vicfirm Financial Consultancy is focused on improving (Zambian women's welfare especially among the "Marketeers who's attention is sidelined by main stream Financial providers such as Banks and other Microfins. At Vicfirm we take pride in improving the ordinary women folk and their communities.
Background:
Vicfirm carried out a survey on the family providers "bread winners" in our local townships/ compounds and the results were disturbing.Most women in these areas turned out to be bread winners supporting the entire household with pressing expenses such as school fees, feeding and rentals (accommodation). The fact that they are bread winners was exciting but the source of funds was disturbing, these women sale merchandise (vegetables and some few groceries) with less capital and not easy to sustain such demands.
Vicfirm through the founder Clement Tembo had a dream to empower women and with his dream and also thinking through chilimba came with a strategy to lend marketeers (women groups) without them having to worry about were to get the capital and joining chilimba. instead of paying friends in the group with own capital Vicfirm Financial Consultancy provides the group of (5) five women with capital and they pay back slowly with very minimized interests.
